We offer personal administrative services to help surviving family members with the final details, changes and transitions taking place since the loss. Personal administrative services are private services not overseen by the court.
Administrative
We provide personal administrative services to help with document care and organization, identification and inventory of assets, publication and creditor notices, communications with beneficiaries and heirs, property appraisals, and other matters relating to the care of the final details. We also organize and manage incoming and outgoing information, as well as track information and communications with other agencies.
Personal Financial
We assist with bill paying and organization of financial documents and accounts. By service agreement, we may serve as trustee, successor trustee, representative payee for Social Security income or as an agent under powers of attorney.
Notary Public Services
Numerous documents will require that the signature of the spouse or personal representative be notarized by a Notary Public. We provide on-site Notary Public services for our clients at the location that is most convenient to you.
Identity Theft Prevention
We utilize an identity theft prevention routine for safeguarding documents, Social Security numbers, eliminating "junk mail" and informing key agencies to help keep the identity of the decedent safe. Service Coordination
We coordinate necessary third-party services and consultants. We will provide "bids" for services for your approval and be with you during initial visits and consultations when necessary.
