Taking care of all of the issues related to the
estate is a time consuming and demanding job. We are here to help with
all of
these tasks. We will track information, arrange for services,
identify, classify and care for
property, help you to determine allowable claims and provide documentation for the agencies you are in contact
with- your attorney, the court, banks, insurance agencies and beneficiaries. Following a loss
there are many demands made upon the family to complete these tasks, we are
here to ease the demands being made upon you and your family and help you to
organize and complete the necessary tasks.
Estate management / administration services can be provided in two ways:
Leslie Mann-Damon, an Arizona Certified Fiduciary, can serve as the
court-appointed Professional Personal Representative for the estate.
We provide a full range of estate administration and management services for the
family and estate. Arizona requires the Professional Personal Representative
to be Licensed as a Fiduciary through the Administrative Office of
the Courts, Certification and Licensing Division of the Arizona
Supreme Court.
When the family
wishes to retain the position of the personal representative, Next Steps
for Families, LLC can provide private services for organizing and
managing documents,
identifying and locating assets, assistance in processing the personal possessions, coordination of services related to the care
and security of the estate
and provide care for the property.
Private estate management services are not overseen by the
court.
