Care Service Assessments

We provide comprehensive care service assessments for surviving family members to help insure that needs are met.  We assess the current situation and identify services that may be beneficial during this time of change and transition. 

We coordinate any of the services that you request and we will be on-site to meet service providers with you.  This service is especially helpful when family members aren't available on a daily basis to help identify services that may be beneficial to a surviving family member after a loss. 

Environment Assessment

The environment assessment is especially important when the one who had been living with the one who has passed away is now living alone.  We perform a comprehensive environmental assessment to address issues of safety, security and convenience for the survivor in the home.  We will identify and help to remedy any issues of concern.  If there are any services that are determined to be beneficial and desired, we will coordinate those services and be with you during all initial appointments or while services are being provided at your home.

Service Coordination

All services identified for personal care and care of the property will be coordinated with your approval.  Bids for services will be presented to you for acceptance prior to any of the work being performed. 

Care and environment service assessments are private services not overseen by the court.
