For families seeking the services of a Trustee or Successor Trustee, Leslie Mann-Damon can be named to serve in this capacity and provide for all management and administration as directed in the trust instrument and Arizona law. 

Serving as Trustee or Successor Trustee is regulated by statutory law to ensure that those acting in this capacity adhere to high standards of care, prudence and accountability.  The Trustee or Successor Trustee has a duty of loyalty and manages assets solely for the benefit of the beneficiaries named in the Trust. 

Services as Trustee / Successor Trustee may be arranged by agreement or court order.  Services provided by contract are not directly overseen by the court.  All cases in our office adhere to the same rules and standards as court ordered cases.
