Next Steps for Families, LLC provides families with compassionate and comprehensive services.

How We Serve Families:

• As the court-appointed Professional Personal Representative.
• As the Trustee / Successor Trustee.
• As the court-appointed Professional Guardian or Conservator for a surviving family member in need of such services.
• We provide assessment, identification and coordination of personal and environmental care services for the surviving family member--as necessary.
• We provide personal assistance with bill paying, document organization, notary services, and home service coordination.
• As a consultant and assistant to a family member performing the duties of personal representative or trustee.
•  We offer a systematic approach to processing and caring for estate property.
• We provide professional family mediation  to facilitate communications, define expectations, and resolve issues of family dissention while recognizing issues of grief and loss.

Fiduciary services are provided by Leslie Mann-Damon, an Arizona Licensed Fiduciary.  Private services are provided by agreement and are not overseen by the court.  Private services receive the same high standards of practice and accounting as court-appointed cases.

A fiduciary serves as the court-appointed guardian, conservator, or personal representative of an estate.  Private services may be provided be an agreement for services as trustee, successor trustee, representative payee or as an agent under powers of attorney.
